Design10web.com - requires that before any work commences on your website or consulting project, You must read and accept these terms of service (“Terms of Service”). You will acknowledge agreement prior to your initial payment and with each additional payment.

Design10web.com staff work from home offices, and therefore do not meet face to face with clients.
All communication with clients is typically done via phone, email, or online chat
Initial Payment for Design Project Until design10web.com do not receive initial payment, design10web.com don’t start the project. Once initial payment is received, design10web.com the client is put into the work queue.
Payment Terms
1. Design10web.com gives clients to choose in advance their design, this service cost 50€ or 90€ depending on chosen package, and the payment is non-refundable. If the client doesn’t want any of the designs which were offered, the client has the right not to continue with the order.
If the client choose one of the designs and want to continue with the project, the client required to pay the rest of the payment. Full payment is required to commence work. Once is paid design10web.com commence work.
2. The advance design service fee is only for the option to see the website design before the construction. This fee doesn’t give the client the right to request the template/s. The chosen design template will be used by Design10web.com to build the website. If the client is interested in a specific template from the design options, but not intend to continue the process.
Then the client needs to purchase the template or templates from Design10web.com. Cost of each template is 140€.
3. Search engines optimization full payment is required to commence work.
Graphic design Payment Terms
To commence work fifty percent (50%) is required. Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full before final delivery, if the remaining payment would not be paid, the work will not be delivered.

How The Queue Works
When a full payment is received from a new client, the client is put at the end of the queue As current projects are completed, design10web.com will go through the queue, in order of date of payment received and check to see if clients are ready to start the design phase. If they are not ready to start, design10web.com- will move to the next client in the queue.

Harmful, threatening, violent, abusive, harassing, tortuous, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, racial, chauvinistic, ethnically offensive, complaint websites, or otherwise objectionable content or language
Defamatory, hateful or revenge content or language.
Defamatory, hateful or revenge content or language.
Aids to pass drug tests or aids to pass lie detector tests.
Illegal activities such as ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulent charging of credit cards, copyright violations, plagiarism, software piracy, and all unauthorized use of materials or content that infringes on third parties’ intellectual properties
MLM without a legitimate product or service, with a front product or service, or where the primary intent is to recruit new members rather than to sell products

As an design10web.com Client, you agree to conduct your business in a legal and professional manner. Client understands that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, messages and other material (Content) on Client’s website is the sole responsibility of the Client.
Design10web.com has the right to Putting Link in The Footer and Adding Your Site To design10web.com Portfolio.If you, or another web developer you've hired, remove this link, you are required to notify design10web.com, and your website will be removed from design10web.com portfolio.
Communication Lags
In order to get your website finished in a timely manner and effectively manage workload, it's important that you are able to respond to emails within a few days. If we are unable to communicate with a client on a project for duration of at least sixty days (60) by phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be canceled without prior notice and no refund will be issued and you may lose your position in the work queue.
Trademarks, Copyrights & Plagiarism
You warrant that you have the right to use the applicable trademarks on your website, if any. You also warrant that any images you provide to design10web.com for use on your website are not owned, copyrighted or trademarked by anyone else, and that if they are, you have obtained appropriate permission. You also warrant that all text content you provide to design10web.com for use on your website is original work.
Warranty
